Oakdale Roofing & Masonry provided the most reasonable quote out of four proposals. My son had his roof replaced by them a few years ago with excellent results. They had great people skills and the crew working on my roof became like family over the two-day project. There were some unknown site conditions and much of the plywood decking had to be replaced due to storm damage. Pricing for extras was fair and reasonable. Very efficient guys.
Our roofing installation was very professional, and the minor wind damage more than 2 years later was quickly and readily covered under warranty. They were very personable, found and repaired shingles we didn't even know were damaged. To top it off, they had already taken down their equipment and was ready to leave when I mentioned that our gutters another company had installed had separated from the house, so they voluntarily went back up and repaired it!
They did a fantastic job on our back patio. We had a lot of issues with the ground levels that he had to be creative to solve, but he came up with really workable, economical solutions with a nice aesthetic appeal. He takes great care to ensure waterways lead away from the home, and he was even able to make recommendations from a design perspective (stone colours, for example). The job started and was completed on time and within budget. They are a trustworthy contractor who stands by his work, and we will definitely be having them back to work on our driveway in the future.
Let me start off by saying that I called several interlock companies and many did not even want to take the job because I had no real entrance to the backyard besides a doorway. That meant they couldn't bring their heavy equipment to the back to move the concrete or the bricks. When they came to the backyard they were very positive and said “no problem “ we've got this. I expected the quote to be enormous but it was actually quite less than several of the other companies. This company was very professional and they did exactly what they said they were going to do and delivered an excellent final product.
